c. Additional work or repairs not included in the original estimate may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the customer.

Payment Terms

b. A deposit may be required for larger projects before work begins.
c. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit/debit card, and checks. A fee may apply for returned checks.
d. Late payments may be subject to interest or late fees.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

a. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
b. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
c. The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or emergencies.

Warranty and Liability

a. We provide a warranty on parts and labor for a specified period after the service is completed. Details of the warranty will be provided on request or outlined in the service agreement.
b. The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain equipment as recommended.
c. Tony's Water and Air Repair Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of our services, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services provided.
